This Quest location was previously listed as closed, possibly because it is a little tricky to find the first time. But if you are facing the big Optum building, you can see Quest Diagnostics just to the left of it.

I've been to this location several times, and it is very efficient if you have an appointment, and if the kiosk is functioning properly.
I check in at the kiosk with my QR code, scan my ID and confirm to use the same insurance as last time. As with other Quests, I appreciate the screen confirming I'm checked in, and how many patients are ahead of me or are walk-in. I am usually called back within minutes of my appt time, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I also really appreciate the Quest patient portal where I can view my results as soon as they are available 👍

The tray to scan patient IDs and insurance cards could use a daily disinfectant wipe. Other than that, I've only experienced one visit where technology wasn't working. I'd scheduled a simple drop-off appt at 10:40 AM, and checked in at the kiosk as usual, only the system said it couldn't find my appt. It wanted to give me the next available, 11:20 AM. I restarted and tried to then find my appt by phone # but to no avail, so I chose walk in rather than knowingly wait 40 min for a drop-off. While I anxiously waited, 4 other people arrived to check in, and some had the same issues with the kiosk not finding their appt. I was finally called back at 11 AM and advised of the kiosk situation, but there is no way to let a staff member know what is going on until the next person is called back.

This location is fast, efficient and very professional. The staff is top tier, and I will never go anywhere else to get bloodwork done if I can avoid it! I seriously have never had such an easy and quick experience to get bloodwork and whatever they do different at this location, should be shared with their other locations and LabCorp as well 😉

My wife went to the Quest location in Hemet, CA , at 1850 W Florida Ave., and saw Cynthia on Friday 9/20. She is great but unfortunately was not able to get a vein. The reason being is that over the past 10 days she had been stuck COUNTLESS times by different specialists (in and out of the hospital) and had been told that her veins had shrunk (and the bruising was horrible all up and down her arms and hands). Add that to the fact that this visit required 11 vials and it was impossible to get anything at all.
I applaud Cynthia for her valiant efforts but we had to leave without giving anything at all.
My wifes rescheduled appointment is for this coming Thursday (6 days after this initial attempt) and drinking lots of water, I will pray that the veins build back up so we can get the required 11 vials.
Keeping our fingers crossed.

I went for lab work .I made an appointment for 1pm
.The lady brought me in the back but realized both doctors didn't send in my paperwork. She had me go back to the waiting room to call them. Once my Dr sent it over, the phlebotomist got me in within 10 minutes. She was very friendly . I will definitely go back. It was a little hard to find. It's in the same parking lot before Chili's to the left of the OPTUM building off of Florida Avenue

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cindy A at this location, she took care of my mom today, she was very considerate, compassionate and caring.

Had I know there were so nice here at this location I would off have come here from the very beginning.

Go to this lab for any test, there really nice, my Technician was Cindy, God bless her.❤️

The lady that took my blood was very professional and polite. She wasn’t rushed and took the time to communicate with me which I truly needed at that moment. This lady needs a pat on her shoulder because she cares so very much. I will now continue my routine bloodwork at this location over the other one I have been using for 3 years.
