We bought this for our daughter in August. By the start of the school year her feet and palms were dry! She's gained so much confidence. I really didn't think this would work since we've tried so many creams, but it did! Easy to use right out of the box.

A BIG NO!!!! It has been over 4 months since I started the process to Obtain a PureWick system for my 78yo mother who is bed bounded recovering from a stroke and hip replacement surgery and until today she continues walking to receive the system. I understand that’s there is a process but this is ridiculous, when I called they told me I could purchase the system and that later they’ll reimburse the money. But that I had to wait if I didn’t want to do that since the system was not available to supply my order. So you guys are telling me that it is available I fully pay for it but not available if I want to get it through medical and Medicare? Which lead me to believe that you guys do have the systems that people apply for through government aid and keep it to sale it to those who have the cash with the promise of a future reimbursement? And I know that your promise are fake and not to be trusted. Every time I have called to follow up you guys give me a story of a “The Proses” in sending the order bill to Medicare and medical and waiting for approvals and time needed between all and have always promised to get a hold of me the following week after my call to update me on the order. Well guess what FAKE, LIES they have never call or e mail me at all. They have all my contact info so there is no excuse. This Fake promise has been offered by them several times over the laps of almost half a year. I strongly believe that they are a BIG SCAM utilizing government aid from elder people to profit from it, unless they deliver their promises. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS my 78yo bed bounded mother and many other elder Americans continues waiting on you RA FISHER CO. Now let’s see what the CEO or owner has to comment on this review, I don’t want apologies, excuses, explanations I want a resolution, I want what my mom and many others senior citizens thrusted you on.

For my 94 year old mother, the Purewick has made a dramatic change in her life. She suffers from a dropped bladder and rectal prolapse and has been deemed too fragile for surgery. She has gone from having to get up from 6 - 10 times per night to sleeping soundly night after night. And her caretakers can now concentrate on many more pressing issues that were put aside before the Purewick was made available for home use.
She was first introduced to the Purewick during a 10 day hospital stay where she was amazed and relieved that she did not have to constantly hit the nurses button and wait for the opportunity to use a bedside commode. At a follow up doctor visit I asked if there was a home version of the Purewick.
Thanks to the RA Fisher company, Medicare and their very friendly and attentive staff my Mom’s quality of life has been immensely improved.

Lisa from RA Fisher told me that the price for the iontophoresis device is under $900 dollars. I worked with my insurance and her for nearly a year and even though we weren't sure my insurance will pay for the device my insurance actually approved. Nasty Lisa instead of billing my insurance a decent amount they went ahead and billed my insurance nearly $7000. This ofcourse was denied and now thanks to greedy Lisa I won't have the benefit of having the insurance pay for the iontophoresis device. I would never recommend to anyone to work with Lisa nor the company that employs such a nasty person. 0 stars!

Life changing product! I’ve been using my RA Fischer machine for over two years now and it has been a total game changer. Thank you RA Fischer for selling a great product and investing research dollars to bring the best iontophoresis machine to the market!

They have the best customer service. I never had an issue buying anything. Any question I had they answered without a problem. I will keep buying. They still have electrolysis products which is a good thing.
