Pick up on time every time. Customer service ?‍? is good. Once complaint I pay y phone having son do it, since it's hard to see numbers on card. Paid by phone said it went through yet I still owe it on this new bill.

This is in my opinion the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I am a small local business owner, and I have had so many issues with them just not picking up my trash or recycling every single week since I signed up. My bill is always paid, but yet the services paid for are not rendered.

Every week the same story " We are sorry but our driver forgot", "I am sorry we only have 1 driver". Well this my story "I am not sorry but you are no longer needed as your business is terrible".
!!!!!! I will not be ripped off anymore!!

4 years now every month the same issues girls in the office heartless our trash doesnt get dumped. All the the way its my wife and i. Horrible customer service. Were in our 70s we just wanted our traah dumped. Done

We've been dealing with the the good folks at Recology in Crescent City quite a bit over the past couple months. We had to move Mom to Eugene and have been renting dumpsters as we clean up her home and property. Everyone from the manly drivers to the sweet ladies behind the counter have been kind, courteous, and efficient. Don't know what we would have done without their expert help and straight forward advice. We look forward to seeing them again soon.

I have been with them for over two years, and while the ladies in the office are very friendly, I am completely disappointed with the service they provide. They charge way too much money, and when they don't do the job that they are supposed to do, I am the one left holding the bag, literally. They happily take my recycling and leave half the trash in the bin. I am so done with this service. It's unfortunate, because they're the only trash service in this town. Guess I'll take all the money I save and buy a truck to haul it off myself. Completely dissatisfied.

They let are grandson come into see the garage trucks and honk the horns and have knuckles with the garage men . He is the happiest 3 year old in the world right now ,they are the greatest!!

Driver only picked up garbage can once a month if I was lucky. I use same company for other properties in Solano county California and theres never a problems.
