I contacted them about getting a tune wanted to make sure I had all parts I needed. I was told to get certain parts over ones i had order already so i canceled one I had order an got the an ones I was told too. When I called back they acted very disrespectful over the phone an instead of offering help proceeded to talk down a customer willing to pay an let them tune a car I really just need to know what they wanted for me to come spend money with them for a better quality of ride but judging buy the disrespectful personal over the phone I will be going eles were

If you have an evo, this is the only place to go. They are an extremely busy shop, so don't feel that they are ignoring you or pushing you away, they have a ton of work and you have to be straight forward with what you're looking to do. I got my car tuned and was assisted by Robert, very cool dude who worked around my schedule. Car runs very solid, was very pleased with my final numbers. To my surprise he even called me early the next day to ask how my car was running, loved the follow back. I'll be back here for all my maintenance routines and more if needed. Great Evo and Dsm shop! No bs they will diagnose and give you options on what needs to be done! Best prices on parts needed to do repairs as well. They carry tons of new oem parts on hand so little to no wait time to get you back on the road!

Excellent spot to bring you're Evo! I got tuned by Sam and he was very respectful and helpful. Mike and the rest of RRE crew are very friendly. Had a over boost problem with my Evo x and I came back 3 months later and they fix the issue and also found a problem with my bov. I would highly recommend RRE if you want honest and experience people touching you're car. What Sam did and Mike and the team did for me has won my trust and I will come back for more work.
