Do not come early . Be at appointment time. Otherwise you have to wait on street . Dock are tight to backup semi .

Just want to tell if u have experience how to do reveres it’s not hard easy reverser here until u have long wheel base truck or ur new or inexperienced & specially security guy he’s very humble & helpful idk why people put comments it’s hard for 53 f etc etc

Very tight situation for a 53ft trailer and sleeper. People who work here are willing to help if you ask or will come if they see you struggle. Overall great friendly people!

Crowded parking lot and dock area, but the staff are very good, and friendly. Eager to help out. Security guy is super mellow, no stress here. Even with the crowded conditions, there is ample room to move in front of the dock... you still have to 90° into the dock, but I found this one shockingly simple to get into.

My broker gave me pick up # for Rose shores when l got their l was directed to lineage cooler on bandini Blvd. I was told the temp was34% at lineage they told me - 10% loading 20 pallets when l checked in the guy said 28pallets , l said fine put them side ways l have a 48 footer he said no they don't load 48'ftrs my load canceled due to miss communication ( someone is smoking crack) be advise but staff was nice.

Tight, backing tight. Stay close to other trailers, 90 degree backing. Watch those cars in front of trailers. Paperwork side is fast, people will help anyway they can. Backing tight thou.
