10.25.24..I arrived at 851a for my 1030a appt. You have to stop at the gate and wait to get buzzed in. I parked and checked into the office. You have to complete a form and provide to to person at the window. You will need the C.A.R.B. number off the trailer, the tractor and trailer license number and state as well. See picture posted. They began loading around 926a and was done by 957a. I had bills in hand around 1025a. There is no parking but Loves and Pilot nearby.

I have been coming to this facility weekly for about 6 years now and I really look forward to arriving. Third shift is fantastic! I enjoy coming in and seeing the end of second and everyone on third. Employees are all very friendly and take good care of me when I come in to unload and reload; from the office to the docks they are all wonderful and hard workers. Load times are pretty normal and mostly quick and smooth. Parking lot typically has plenty of room and it’s kept pretty clean and easy to get around and back into the doors. Great job Saputo Paige, things have really gotten better the past couple years. Thank you !

First off, customer service. Second time here in less than a week. The girl at the desk during the earlier shift seems to enjoy to ignore drivers when they are standing at the window. She will make it a point to laugh and joke with others while you stand there and wait for her as if she is better than you. Trust me lady. No one wants to be in that office longer than we have to. We have places to be. These business need to respect all customers whether we are drivers or whatever business we happen to be conducting on the premises.

Second, wait times. This is the second time I’ve had to wait several hours for product to be ready. Why set an appointment if you don’t. Have the product ready? And if you know the product is not ready then at least have the courtesy to let us drivers know so we at least have an idea of how much time we will be spending here. We have a clock that we have to legally abide by in order to deliver YOUR product hundreds or thousands of miles away. Customers service just seems to have completely gone out the window over the past decade or so and it’s only getting worse. No one respects anything anymore. They look at us drivers like we are lowlife scum of the earth without knowing anyone’s background. I have met everything from former attorneys to military vets on this job and yes, like every profession, we have crap people in this industry but learn to give respect if you expect it in return.

Very nice people working in office. I checked in 2:40 for 4 pm appointment they done less then 2 hours. I saw one driver was late almost 2 hours for pickup but they didn’t say nothing no late fees .

Checked in an hour early at 7pm and was out at 9am. Alot of room to move around and back up. Entrance is off of K st. Make sure trailer is clean and that you have a padlock with 2 load locks. Friendly people and quick to load.

Diana often seems to single people out unnecessarily, which can create a difficult work environment for those involved. Additionally, she appears to withhold important details from new employees, which impacts their ability to perform confidently and successfully in their roles.

Managers are expected to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, helping all team members to thrive. Unfortunately, Diana’s behavior, including holding grudges, does not align with these values. I would urge the company to reevaluate its approach to promotions and to ensure that those in leadership positions embody the qualities that support and uplift the team.
