This company employs the most Unprofessional technicians to devise products that fall apart the instant you power them on. Don't waste your money using their garbage. Based on how they're designed, they'll shock you with how poor their engineering design is.

A nurse and licensed esthetician, I have worked with Sciton technology for about 11 years now. I have had the pleasure of also performing other lasers as well to cross compare through out my career, and nothing else can set the bar as high as Sciton does. Sure, their laser costs a lot. The results are beautiful, and their technology continues to get safer and more efficient by far when looking at your other options although!

The process of purchasing my Mjoule with Maddelyn and Stephen has gone very well, and my favorite part is- it wasn’t PUSHY! They also shared care in helping me onboard it by setting up LSO class for me, and even to help connect me with more people in the area that can be of resource. I can’t wait to officially be part of the Sciton Fam! Let’s Go!

Excellent technology and has given me amazing results! Also, corporate and the sales reps are all about their customers and will literally go to the ends of the earth to keep them happy. I would not trust another brand!

I absolutely love Sciton! I give patients excellent results with the JouleX. Patients rave about how much more comfortable this laser is compared to other offices who have other brands, and they get much faster results. I have tons of before and afters on my Instagram and YouTube channel with the same spelling Aesthetician Trish McCarty. Check them out! I have been offered jobs at other offices who do not have Sciton and I cannot imagine trying to go from a Sciton to something lower quality. They are expensive but they are the best! I have used other lasers and they do not hold up like this. BBL Hero and Halo are must haves!

Sciton is my worst experience with medical lasers company, ridiculous technical assistance, also the replacement item came as refurbished and cost a piece of sky, never ever again, if anyone interest to buy Joule, I happy to deal with and keep this brand far away from my Office. Be carefull with this brand.
