My husband and I had a beautiful stay at the seal cove inn. The moment we entered the building, we are greeted and welcomed. The front desk lady is lovely and she offered us cookies and showed us everything that we need to know. The room is clean, beautiful and warm. It’s a home away from home experience. It is walking distance to the trail and you can see seals. Absolutely beautiful stay!

Everything was wonderful. The room was ready, clean and comfortable. The ocean is a short walk away and we left the slider open all night to hear the ocean. The view of the garden and ocean was breathtaking. The staff and service were exceptional from check in to checkout.!! Loved the cookie and wine at arrival and beverage counter throughout the night. They gave included the nicest touches to make our stay a perfect getaway! We will be back❤️

Seal Cove Inn, Moss Beach – A Perfect Romantic Getaway

We recently spent 4 nights at Seal Cove Inn in Moss Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made us feel right at home. The Inn itself is a charming and peaceful retreat, offering a perfect mix of comfort and romance.

The gardens surrounding the property are absolutely beautiful, providing a tranquil setting for morning walks or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The well-maintained grounds are filled with lush greenery, creating an intimate atmosphere that adds to the overall romantic vibe of the Inn.

Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast served in a cozy dining area. The food was fresh and flavorful, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the area.

One of the highlights of staying at Seal Cove Inn is its proximity to Moss Beach. The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning coastal views and tranquility of the area. Whether you’re strolling along the shore or simply sitting and listening to the waves, the beach adds to the charm of the location.

Completely spot on, as advertised. Our anticipation was met with all we had looked to, for almost one year since making our initial reservation.
The entire staff was always warm, welcoming and helpful and happy to to help in any way that they could. Having stayed at Seal Cove Inn for one week, I can honestly & sincerely say it is THE quietest multi room lodging we have ever experienced. Although the parking lot was always full, the rooms offered a serene experience every single day.
We also so enjoyed the option of enjoying our daily nourishing breakfasts either on our deck or inside by the fireplace.

This Inn is the perfect setting for those seeking a most decompressing and relaxing setting amongst the Cypress trees and sea air.

An added treat was the location, adjacent to the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, great for long walks and watching the wildlife.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. We had an excellent stay. Greeted warmly by Sharon, informed of the activities, provided a choice of breakfast selections and information on local walking areas. EXCELLENT breakfast, fun Happy Hour in the evening and very close to the Bluff trail|for a scenic walk. Plan on returning with the family in the future. Would warmly recommend.

Our experience at this property has been magical. This is a favorite spot for our annual celebration of my birthday. Great vibes and amazing surroundings await you in this beautiful place. Serene and warm environment. In the early morning you’ll find Quail and Rabbits roaming the beautiful country garden at the back of the property. The gardens offer a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Seal Cove Inn is an absolutely lovely place to stay in every way. Our accommodation was the 2-bedroom Seal Cove Master suite, which is really an upscale apartment with stove, refrigerator, wine fridge etc. We stayed a week and it had everything we needed. The staff was lovely and gave us exactly what we needed for our stay. (The afternoon cookies are delicious!) It was cozy and one of the most quiet places we’ve ever stayed. Last but not least, the seals were adorable! The walking trails (start only 100 feet away) through cypress and along the coast (connecting to the coastal trail system) making it perfect for those wanting to enjoy nature. We used to stay at the Ritz-Carlton but now prefer Seal Cove. We will definitely be back and certainly highly recommend.

Our experience at the Seal Cove Inn exceeded our expectations for beauty, comfort, the detailed accommodations, but especially the quality of service provided by staff. All the staff created a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. As is our nature, we tend to be observant of the management style and process. We were impressed with the excellent performance of the management staff. Stacey’s management style was particularly notable, excellent. She was energetic (while smoothly interacting with her staff), warm, friendly, engaging, proactive, anticipating needs. While relaxing in the afternoon in front of the fireplace, I was surprised when suddenly Stacey anticipated that I might appreciate a second glass of excellent wine at just the right moment with a friendly warm afternoon greeting. (5 stars there)|But beyond staff performance:|- The Sea Cove Inn is located sits on the edge of the Fitzgerald Forest Reserve on a cliff above the Pacific Coast|- Just behind the Inn guests can savor a beautifully serene, restful environment, a wonderfully landscaped courtyard, an opportunity to observe a flock of quail while mediating (tranquil setting with birds, fountains, flowers and greenery)|- Every morning breakfast is served at your door. The menu selections and timing of service is predetermined by guests. |- The rooms and furnishings are notably extremely clean, well designed and comfortable. |Paul Popovich
