Serv Pro has been absolutely fabulous with us and our home! First and foremost, Cameron has been so attentive, understanding and helpful! He always made time for us! We had a leak at our rental property in Carmel, CA. We were in a panic as we had renters coming in just a few weeks. Water had leaked into the lower level of the home and everything was a mess. Servpro was extremely responsive and helpful they worked 2 days straight extracting water and drying out our floors. ServPro went above and beyond to mitigate the effects of storm-related water damage to our kitchen. The members of their team--Miguel Hernandez, Tito Quintero, and Ricardo Esparza--all did an outstanding job. On Christmas Eve when no roofers were available, a heavy rain revealed a previously undetected hole in the roof. Miguel and Tito even created a clever system using plastic sheeting to funnel the water into a plastic container, preventing further damage. I will definitely recommend ServPro to all my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about this SERVPRO franchise, headquartered in Castroville. Under the supervision of Luis Cortes, the team was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, caring and thorough. From the first visit by Miguel to the ongoing phone support from Megan Nobles, I felt my needs were being taken care of by professionals who care about quality.

Having home damage from water is not a happy event, but this SERVPRO team made it less difficult. They showed up when they said they would, giving me advance notice. They had up-to-date, effective equipment, they were thorough in analyzing and fixing the problems, and they were efficient and speedy.

We had mold due to a leaking toilet in our upstairs bathroom which also caused water damage to the ceiling downstairs. Tito and Carmen showed up on time and kept me informed about the work that was being performed. They addressed all my concerns and took excellent care of my home.
