Excellent Customer Service and professionalism!!!! They have been so thorough with every step of the mold remediation process and communicated seamlessly, on my behalf, with my home insurance company to make sure coverage was in place all the way through. Very kind, friendly staff who took special care of my belongings and furniture that had to be moved ahead of starting the job. I would recommend ServPro without any hesitation!

Cut into the ceiling even after they were explicitly told not to. They cut through our radiant heat in the ceiling which ruined it. They were told multiple times not to do this and to access via the attic access.

They cut into the ceiling anyway and now the heat is not repairable. So far SERVPRO has not restored the heat. Nor have they taken any responsibility for the actions of their employees.

In response to the owner: You worked on our property just outside of Paso Robles. But since my description doesn’t ring a bell… I assume you ignore home owners often and cut into their ceilings even after they tell you not to.

Taking keys as a first time home buyer was the most exciting day until we opened the door and the house had flooded from the sellers who had left a water line open and running for 6 days. We were devastated and at a loss. Panicked we didn’t know what to do until someone suggested a ServPro. The owner, Robert Skelton, was there personally the same day to help us navigate the damage and immediately begin the remediation process. His crew spent hours every day going above and beyond our expectations.
Several days in to the initial contract we were stuck with a second floor in the attic with our HVAC giving out in the heat of summer. The manager on duty at my house jumped in to action, shifting gears and began removing water as gallons began coming from the ceiling. Going from bad to worse was an understatement. But once again ServPro with their professionalism hand held us through it all.
Robert Skelton’s years of experience coincidentally afforded him working relationships with our insurance adjuster and stepped in to help us explain the damage and get us the optimum payout through our carrier. We now have a brand new home all thanks to he effort, care and work of Servpro. There’s absolutely no way it would have happened without them!

If there was six stars I would leave six stars for Robert, Rodney and Caleb with Servpro. These guys were professional, responsive and knowledgeable about what they do. I recently experienced water damage from a rat chewing through my PEX plumbing in my house. Rodney and Caleb rolled up their sleeves and were ready and willing to army crawl underneath my house , set fans, dehumidifiers and all equipment they felt necessary to dry my scene out! They did all with a smile on their face, stopped when we had questions/concerns, listened and offered input on what they were doing to keep me in the loop. They also made phone calls to me to keep me updated and how progress was going to move forward. I am a perfectionist and I get nervous about having to reprimand a contractor to protect my living space, keep dust down, vacuum, etc. With these guys they knew how to keep this from happening, wore booties to protect floor surface, laid mats down, etc. all without me having to say anything. This crew at Servpro has our best interest in mind, I strongly encourage anyone in need of fire, water and or mold damage to give them a call!
