Ordered 4 custom cut brushes stainless steel panels to reface my refrigerator. Steven was patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the measurements and details of the order. I received regular updates on materials and estimated time of completion. Steven accommodated his availability so I was able to pick up my panels easily from the facility. Work was impeccable and we will definitely use again for our built in bbq cabinet doors!

Finally a place that actually puts customer service first. I ordered a piece, realized it wasn't quite right so I had to add an inch and take away an inch and widen the piece a little......twice.

They made all changes, never complained, didn't charge me the $5 extra it would have been and then........when the order didn't go out and there way a hold up, they overnighted it to me.

Nothing left to say except WOW! Customer service still exists.

First order product was fine and arrived, though was not shipped to the jobsite per my request. Don't know if that was computer related.

Second order hasn't arrived and was paid in full on the 3/3/21. As well as the first order it was shipped to my office and not the jobsite address per my request.

Called several time, and left messages, was able to speak with a gentleman and he informed me that the order was ready to ship and materials were delayed from his supplier.

For the money i am spending i feel these two orders are indicative of a greater problem, and this will be our last order from this company.

I went and talked to Steve about a custom metal project I needed to build. He was more than willing to share advice and ended up saving me some money by showing me a different way I could make my project with less pieces of metal! Great guy very helpful and knowledgeable about sheet metal construction. Will be back for future metal work projects!
