I rebuke this review, they have a monitor on our gas tank. And still let it go to 0% and there’s no way for me to leave a message after hours to tell them. Now I’m microwaving dinner and taking a cold shower. Thanks for showing it was a one time coincidence. I’ll be changing services asap.

The company was great for MANY years. They provided propane at a cost that was reasonable. They also didn't have hidden charges.

Within one month they raised prices by 50%. Going from $100 to $150 for a tank of Propane. Very shameful.

When you break the costs down they are charging you over 6 dollars a gallon, for propane that is MUCH LESS expensive everywhere else. Very shameful.

If you use all your Propane, they now charge $100 to check their equipment. Which happens to be a brand new tank... Very Shameful.

Then after all this they were a day late delivering my Propane. Be nice if they discounted services they failed to provide with all the new extra found income they have...

This company services many mobile homes owned by people with low income. These types of price hikes are painful for the community, if they cared about their clients at all the hikes would be gradual.

I plan on looking for different providers out there, and I recommend you all do too.

I ran out of propane and called after hours on Thursday. They called me back within an hour and sent a tech to fill our tank & relight everything the next morning. He was scheduled to arrive 8-9am and got here around 8:30, so right on time. He filled our tank, and came in to relight our pilots. I mentioned that I thought I smelled propane in our garage. He bubble checked the pipes, found the leak, and was able to fix it even though he wasn’t a service guy. He was friendly and very helpful.

A good local company in the Delta for many years but recently sold out to Superior Gas, a Canadian Propane Corp in 2019. A recent 50% price increase (from $100 to $145 for the 25 lb tank refill service ( mainly used by mobile homes and RVs) done and was without any customer heads up notice. This price far exceeds the current retail price in the area ( apx $3.75 gal). This hits the low fixed income and retiree group dependent on heating and cooking more than any others. The farms, ranches, and commercial users get generous discounts. Even if you consider the standard delivery service, the glaring reason for this price hike is corporate investor greed ( note Superiors recent announcement of a great quarterly profit). This is why propane fuel should be a regulated utility in California.

They know their stuff with tons of comparative tools, diagnostic tools, state-of-the-art remote device options, honest opinions, reasonable prices, appliances service or install new like anything runs on propane, tremendous knowledgable staff on gas whole house heaters, water heaters, dryer, cooking range, fireplaces, recently had them to install brand new tankless water heater and did the awesome job.
