Update: PARDON ME!? Ok, it’s bad enough there’s a cone obstructing the way a bit when you enter the car wash. I turned my wheel to align with the track and some attendant yelled “DO NOT TURN THE WHEEL!!!” and gave me a nasty look. There’s literally no reason to be yelling at patrons dude. It’s a Sunday afternoon at 2pm, it’s not a big deal. Oh and then I ask for a lemon car freshener and he looks straight at me and gives me one of his preferred scents. I was officially done…

I’m pretty disappointed as this was the first time I’ve been treated this way at a car wash. I have a membership here, now I’m thinking of potentially leaving. Shine City has great value but I value my dignity more.

Favorite car wash in town. Only $10 per wash or $20 per month !! Such a great deal and they do a pre scrub every time. Been coming here since it opened like in and I’m always happy with the results. I went to a couple different ones in town before this one opened and their vacuums aren’t great

Disgusting!
Paid for the "best" wash at 16$. The washing mechanisms literally did not even touch the left side of the car. The water pressure didn't rinse all the soap off. The entire car is still covered in dust and bugs. Not to mention the car wash smells like straight sewer. Probably a health hazard. Will update if we hear back from them.

I went here shortly after the grand opening which happened 2 years ago. The washed my car really well and (please correct me if I’m wrong) I believe the employees offer candy to children if their parents bring them to this car wash. This place is great in general, but what i found odd about it is that it’s located not far from another car wash wherein you have your car washed manually, unlike this one. Shine city has been extremely popular ever since it opened.

The staff is super helpful i been a customer of shine city for years now. Different plans you can wash your vehicle as many times as you want vacuums are super powerful, air hoses can be use blowing excess water so you don’t need a towel to dry off your ride.

I took my car to Shine City car wash Hemet CA. The brush never touched the grill area of the car. It still had dirt and bugs on the grill and bumper. I got the premier shine wssh. I took photos of the car and receipt. The attendant said they would rewash my car.
