After a long city permitting process, my church finally has a sign with an LED display from Smart LED, Inc. I cannot thank Sergio enough for his help answering the city's planning commissioners' questions regarding the installation of a sign for the first time ever. Sergio trained me to use the display's software, so I can now easily update announcements for our community. As the sign was just installed last month, he responds promptly and professionally when helping us navigate the programming, making sure we understand all the features we can control. After comparing many sign options we decided to purchase our LED sign through Sergio at Smart LED. I had seen a couple signs in the area and felt the photo quality and brightness were better than others I was seeing. The only reason I was apprehensive to purchase this sign was because they were not local to me, however, I felt Sergio’s level of service, follow up, and care where enough for me to feel comfortable with the purchase. After the sign was installed we had a few issues, Sergio was diligent in following up with what needed to be done, trouble shooting (even beyond the sign and to the level of our power supplier and electric servicing the sign). The issue was quickly resolved. Our sign has offered a measurable return on investment and helped our business grow.

Five years ago, our church purchased two 12x7 foot video walls from Smart LED. They were spectacular. Shortly after that, we purchased a 40x12 foot video wall, also from Smart LED. These have allowed us to transform our worship center into any setting we can dream up. Smart LED pricing is what drew us to them. Their support is what has kept us as a loyal customer. Occasionally, questions have come up or minor issues have arisen, but each time customer support has easily resolved them. When we need additional LED walls, we will contact Smart LED.
