Agreed - sent two requests to the support email and no response. I found a number on the website and just left a message, so hopefully someone will call me back. The problem with the unit is that the batteries are running out too fast. 2 sets of batteries in about 3 weeks, and they are low again. I want to replace the unit or get a refund. My PH shows high all the time, but other sources (testing strips and our pool service) say the PH is normal. Free chlorine reading is usually correct.

Waterguru got in touch, and sent me a new item quickly. The customer service was great once I was able to find someone. New unit seems to be working good.

Best company that i have ever worked with. My unit when out and they sent be another one ASAP at nocost. Love not having to go have water tested at pool supply company or try to test myself. This is a GREAT PRODUCT that I would recommend to anyone. Their support group is also great they get back with you within 24 hours.

Terrible customer support. There product is defective and does not read free chlorine. They have no phone line so you can’t call anyone. You can only leave a message on their website for someone to get back to you. It’s been 2 weeks only one reply that said my message was forwarded to tech support and someone would get back to me. Don’t buy this thing it’s a waste of money.
