Absolutely Horrendous Experience. If I could give StackPalm zero stars, I would. They have been nothing short of a nightmare for our CES exhibition this year.

The booth they delivered was completely different from the rendering we agreed upon. The dimensions were way off, and they had the audacity to provide us with old, worn-out furniture. We explicitly never approved this, and yet they acted as though it was acceptable. How does a company charging over $40,000 think they can just slap together whatever they want and leave their clients with a mess?

Their lack of attention to detail was appalling. Actually calling it details is an exaggeration, it's obviously visible even from afar. The paint job on the booth was sloppy, with visible lines between boards and chipped areas everywhere. The posters were poorly printed and misaligned, and it was blatantly obvious they hadn’t even bothered to check the file they used. We had to tell them to fix what even a 3 year old could tell was off, and it should’ve been caught before first glance.

The printed logos were an absolute disaster—cut-off slogans, incorrect sizes, and completely mismatched dimensions because they couldn’t even get the booth specs right. As for the lighting, the elegant design we agreed on was replaced with cheap, construction-style black lights that screamed "last-minute substitute."

To top it off, the guys at the booth had no idea what they were doing because they were third-party contractors who didn’t work directly for StackPalm. I was even told there were three or four layers of “bosses” between them and the company. This led to endless delays while my team wasted hours fixing their mistakes, redesigning posters, and trying to salvage what was left of the event.

StackPalm is a company that cuts corners at every opportunity, charges an absurd premium, and acts like their incompetence is no big deal. If you’re considering working with them, save yourself the frustration and just set your money on fire. At least you’ll know where it went.

Why offer a service at $40,000 when you could just rob someone? It would be more honest.

3 years of providing great service. 4th year flop. They subcontractor and never been on-site at CES to oversee the work. As a result we had the worst booth quality at CES. They somewhat gotten to be unprofessional
