The store itself is a clean nice environment and the cashier are very helpful. The Butchers need to be taught customers service. The ladies have a terrible attitude if you ask them to cut meat for you. I had ordered meat in advance and when I went to pick up my order: 1. My order was not ready 2. The woman had a terrible attitude, tossing the stuff around that she was doing, rolling her eyes and being over dramatic that I was asking her to do her job. I'm a disabled veteran, I shop at this chain because of the Bucher services that are offered. This has happened to many times to count now.

It was late, and the market was closing soon. Just wanted to say how pleasant all the employees are here. Juan was my cashier. I told him that it is very difficult job to work with the public directly. I understand. I handled employees checks at work. It is because of employees like him, clean environment, great service, and prices that I continue to come here. Also wanted to say a special thanks to Kristan. When I moved here 9 years ago, she went out of her way to help me. You never forget kindness. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Always come here. But today one of the cashier's was rude as hell. We were paying for our food and dish soap. Half food stamps and half on our debit card we were waiting for her to scan in our items and she was there talking to another coworker. No hello or anything we scanned our EBT card for our food items and she took long to do her part after we entered our pin. Then for our soap and sponges and we said we're paying debit it wasn't registering because she did not set it up we told her twice and she was ignoring us. Everyone else in the store sees us daily but this middle age woman is rude and unprofessional...

Stater Brothers Markets continue to be the one place I can shop for low prices, quality, and consistent products. I can always shop for the same products at each location. I can always count on the employees being helpful, courteous, and friendly. The only thing I can think of is that the prices have increased (but that is everywhere Stater Brothers is no exception). I am able to find fresh products that keep me healthy and happy. I should mention they also carry an assortment of pet products. My pets are healthy and happy. There are many different treats to choose from as well as dental treats. Each store has an entire aisle devoted to Dogs and Cats.

I still wish we had pre-pandemic prices but at least quality has not changed. The weekly ad certainly announces enough products to keep my kitchen filled. The deli counter is another favorite.

The staff here are amazing! I once had an employee help me scour the isles for an hour, looking for a diamond that had fallen out of my wedding ring! Everyone is always super friendly. Their prices are kinda high on some items, but generally within the same range as other stores. The butcher department will cut, season, and wrap your meat any way you'd like it FOR FREE and you will always find the produce to be nice and fresh.
