Working with Brian at Stories Well Told was a blessing. Brian went above and beyond to capture the event (a funeral and reception) and personally made sure the finished product did not only capture the day, but would be a beautiful memory and tribute for years to come. He was supremely meticulous about preparation, asked all the questions I would never have thought of, and problem solved along the way while checking in to see that he was meeting the needs of the client. He came up with creative ideas to solve some sound concerns and it was perfect. Basically I didn’t have to worry because Brian was on the job. He was responsive and caring and it was a gift to have hired Stories Well Told. I highly recommend Stories Well Told for any special event. Brian is a master at what he does. Thank you, Brian!

Brian is one of those unique individuals who develops a plan with a client and runs with it. My family reached out to him as we were wanting to live stream a celebration of life for our mom who had recently passed and Brian's planning and execution was flawless. It made a stressful and emotional event much less so and if I could rate him with 10 stars I would! I cannot overemphasize his knowledge, professionalism and can-do attitude that helped our family plan and execute this beautiful celebration and I'll always be grateful.

I cannot recommend Brian Rhea and Stories Well Told highly enough. I am so thankful to have found them as I was putting together my husband’s Memorial Celebration. Brian was kind, compassionate, professional and sensitive throughout. He is incredibly gifted in the work he does and is so easy to work with. He arranged a wonderful photo slideshow of my husband’s life set to music and laid out a beautifully prepared program filled with photos. To allow members of our family in Germany, Canada and the Eastern US to “attend” the service online, Brian worked seamlessly with the venue and the audio techs to produce a professional video that made them feel like they were participating and yet was completely unobtrusive to those present. I will treasure that video for the rest of my life. Losing my husband has been the hardest thing I have ever gone through, but in the middle of my grief, I am so grateful Brian helped me honor his life in such a beautiful way and make a lasting testament to the wonderful man he was. Brian Rhea and Stories Well Told are truly exceptional.
