Extremely upsetting. I will not dispute the quality as I have not looked at what I received. I am going through a divorce and my husband and I agreed I would drop off old photo albums and videos to digitally copy so we each had copies of them. I dropped my first batch and all videos for copy and told the owner these were not to be released to anyone but me. I received a call that the items were ready and to bring the next batch.
This was just before Fourth of July . I attempted to go down to get them. Traffic Was over an hour. I called and let the owner know I would come a different time. He indicated it was not a problem. I was also traveling so when I returned, I drove down to get my items. I was told that my ex-husband had picked them up indicating he would give them to me. He never did and he told me he would not return them to me.
The response I got from the owner was that my ex-husband paid for the copies . My response back “he paid for copies, not my originals”. I felt this was completely inappropriate. My response was emotional yes, but I have now lost priceless original Albums, I created decades ago.

Hedrick. I disagree. This is not a personal issue. When a customer drops off personal items to you, they should be returned to the individual bringing it to your shop.. it’s a matter of trust . If you had done what I asked you to do, I would not be in this situation and this review would be quite different.

THE BEST. This is the only place I will get my film developed. I drive all the way from San Diego every time. Always worth it.

Supercolor Imaging is the BEST!!! I used them to do a retouch (take out and replace a background) and enlargement of a photo that we were using for my father's memorial service. They did an amazing job!!! And, they were even able to frame it for me. Everyone at the memorial service commented on how wonderful the picture turned out.... Then months later, my computer was hacked and I lost all of my emails and files. I reached out to them and Henrik called me back, right away. He was able to go back and by a miracle, able to find the picture files and email them to me. The service here is all around great! They really do go above and beyond.

I dropped off a roll of 35mm film that was shot using a half-frame camera (72 exposures) around noon or so and they were developed, scanned, cropped, and sent to me by 4pm the same day! They look great and the service was appropriately priced. I’m not local, but I would definitely come back.

My experience with Supercolor Imaging has been excellent. Every print I've seen them do has turned out great. Whether I needed a 6 foot poster or business cards, the quality of their prints are always a notch above everyone else.

I ordered one digital print online and was nervous about it because of a previous bad experience printing astrophotos at another place. To my great relief, Supercolor Imaging handled my order in a timely manner and delivered the photo with care.
