I don't know what is going on at SVF. It takes over 3 days to get a delivery date. and when they do give you a delivery date, they never ship on time, its always late by 1 week or more. And the customer service rep that works in the early morning she is lacking, well customer service. The Manager, she needs to stop with her condescending fake voice, she needs to be moved. Its not surprising why the sales rep have a bad attitude also.
