Talley driver speeding through my neighborhood. Drove into the parking lane in order to pass on the right, because he wanted to drive faster than the speed limit. This was less than 2 blocks from a school. He pulled into Talley, in a Talley truck, at approx. 7:50 a m. on December 20th, 2023. I'm telling Santa.
