I recently had a great experience with Tap Plastics while working on a project for my wife's business. I want to thank Art, the manager, Suzanne, and Justin for their outstanding support.

Suzanne was especially helpful with her insightful suggestions, which greatly impacted our project. When it was time to pick up the finished product, Art promptly assisted us since Suzanne was busy with another customer. He provided valuable advice on how to best care for our plexiglass.

Wow, called up to make sure they have everything in stock as I was 50min drive away, I was after one cutting board 20” x 30” I came in paid my $130 said it would take 5 min waited 20min just to be told they can’t do today as they were too busy.
I had already explained how far I lived away I said could I give them 2 hours I’ll find something to do they said that would work, came back 2 1/2h later wasn’t even started.
It’s 2 cuts, wouldn’t mind but they are all sitting around just chatting as they were when I went in the first time I came in.
I ask for my money back, he disappeared and then came back and went to give me my money back, and I asked again can you not do it for me quickly it’s 2 cuts, he went out the back and 2 minutes later it was done.

Helping out a local business with a plexiglass door replacement and I was mistaken on the width of the glass.
Art at Tap Plastics told me to bring it back in if an adjustment was required and sure enough it was necessary.
The most awesome part is that I was in and out within 3 minutes.
The service is excellent and the team is on top of their game.

Extremely bad experience. A simple order of plastic with pictures and I had to take time off and come by 3 times to get it corrected. It's not rocket science..but it created extreme inconvenience. Is the basic listening to your customer's needs not attended to?

I have about 10 experiences with this store from the last 18 years we have lived in the area. I've had several custom cut pieces as well as bought off the shelf stuff. They have always been helpful and I have no bad experiences, so I am surprised to see there are people who have had very negative experiences. I last went 8/3/2017 and the salesperson, Hugo was professional and very nice, gave me a great deal on a piece of scrap cut-off, got me a custom cut matching piece and answered all of my questions very patiently. Thanks Tap Plastics!

I went into Tap to get fabrication work done on a custom aquarium I am building. I needed some very trick stuff done and they came through like they always do. Vaughn did some amazing router work on my aquarium and Jacob did a very trick custom acrylic piece involving a very difficult bend - but he aced it! Hugo was very helpful with all my questions - and Kim the manager was her usual extremely helpful self. This is why I have been going there for years. Thanks again guys!

Would absolutely use this company again. They custom made a tv protector for me on the same day I ordered it. We have an odd sized tv and couldn't find anything in the stores. My autistic son had been hitting my tv so I urgently needed a cover. We waited a day for the glue to dry and picked it up, it is a perfect fit and exactly what we needed. Really great service and nice guys.
