Never got to see the techs or the quality of the job, but I asked to have my truck out by the end of the day. They decided to put the truck into the bay at the end of the day to start in the a.m. I told them no and left. Not paying for a motel because they couldn't meet customer demands. If you can't do what the customer asks, don't even bother to pretend.
Don't even think of bringing a TRL in here. They will let you drop it if you do a nice serpentine back maneuver with barely enough room. Then, it will stick out in the way.

DODGERSFORLIFE your service technicians need to be trained on greeting, the customers.. When they come in, they don't greet the customers. When there's no customers in the store, you don't get greeted. I wait in line another customer comes in. He gets served first. That's bad, customer service. That's why you get one star. I would rather give your company 0 stars. No professionalism at all at tech equipment, La marata. You're a big corporation. You should greet your customers at least. Everyone walks around with their head in the clouds. I've been coming to you guys for 7 years and no one has ever greeted me at your location. You need to work on your greeting skills. Customer comes first always.

They should ask everyone in line because some people have large numbers and some have small numbers. So when there are empty seats, these security guards should fill the vacancies in a timely manner. This is the best work attitude. But these The security guards are AWOL...and they can't be found at their posts, nor can they be seen working...11/17/23...1300 area...who is lazy...security guards...who are the security guards AWOL? .Who is neglecting his duty as a security guard? Who is being lazy? Security guard… It’s always a security guard… I have more photos to prove it… This security guard is an accomplice… He called another security guard… He is evil One of them...he knew that the security guard he was working with was absent from his post...I took the photo as proof.

Dropped off my truck for a full injector and cup replacement on Monday and got back the following Fridat early. (I told them no rush) Aaron was great on greating me amd great on understanding what the issues were from another dealer back east. He took my concern 100% and took care of the other dealers issue and fixed it. He was very commutative and the mechanic on my truck informed him of other things i needed done but could not afford new parts right now because i jist purchased the truck. The mechanic and him came up with a great solution and i was happy with the customer service and so far truck is running great. Because of customer service i will deffently use them again. Thanks Aaron.

Decent pricing on aftermarket parts.

Service is subpar. For what you pay, you'd expect faster turnaround times. You'll have to call daily to receive updates on your truck, they won't contact you. They'll miss items on what should be critical inspections, forget to install clamps, leave nuts, bolts, and even your battery cables loose.

Go in for warranty, if you must. But triple-check everything before you hit the road.
