I contacted this company about creating a product for my expanding business. I explained the project and sent a sample of what I was looking to create, which is all that was asked for, After a few weeks I tried to check the status on the project and was eventually told a piece of hardware is hard to find and that it would have to be purchased in bulk. I asked how much it would be and if they had another suggestion. It was than he told me that he “took me on” despite my inexperience, and that his regular clients provide drawings of what exactly they need he also stated that they no longer wanted to work with me.

I am disappointed that I contacted this company and explained exactly where I was with my business and what I needed help with. I was clear that this was a relatively new business and Carlos could have let me know that he wasn’t interested. It turned out to be a valuable waste of time.
