What a great place to take of everything you need with shipping! The customer service is out of this world. It's very well run and been in business for years. If you are looking for a place to take care of any and all of your shipping needs, this is the place! Eric V is the man and his knowledge of things is stellar. Wonderful service and wonderful place.

Super friendly people working here. Felt right at home. They took care of everything. No line like the post office. Save yourself the wait and go around the corner to this place for better service and completely reasonable prices. Plus they do all sorts of other stuff too besides shipping, like passports, screen printing, and and flyer printing. Go local and support this great place!

This is such a nice little office where you can handle all your shipping needs. I sent a package from Santa Barbara to Playa del Carmen, Mexico with the help of The Mail Box Store. It was a long (30 minute+) process, but eventually all the necessary paper work was completed with the help of Malia and Eric who were both patient and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you! However, their house cat “Spaghetti” was not as friendly!

Fast, easy, and friendly! The young lady that helped me was super amazing at multi tasking and super friendly I went for a live scan but I watched her with the customers that had mail and she was great! They have PO Box’s if you’re in need of one too! I thought that was pretty good!

Need to ship something small? This is your place. Need to ship something big? This is your place. Shipping internationally and have questions? This is your place. Forgot a box and need help packing? This is your place. Great location. Highly intelligent staff that KNOW shipping. Also, a friendly cat that is both the greeter and security. I showed up 5 minutes until closing. It was the best experience I have had to any closing time. If I lived in Santa Barbara this would be my go to shipping place. If you live in Santa Barbara make it yours.

Malia is on point!! She was helping me with a new mailbox as another customer walked in. I was sitting in a chair away from the counter so there was no way for the lady to know that Malia was in the middle of creating my account. Malia, without skipping a beat, assists the lady AT THE SAME TIME SHE'S HELPING ME! If there was ever a "2 birds with one stone" killer, it's Malia! Not only Malia but every single time that I have been in that place, and this is going back years, Chris has always been super helpful and FRIENDLY! How can someone be that cheerful and friendly ALL OF THE TIME?!! They set a great example of how people who work with the public should interact! I highly recommend The Mailbox for any and all of their services and Chris is so chill that even if you wanted him to do your grocery shopping across the way, he'd say no prob and do it with a smile!
