As a small business owner the last thing I needed was someone trying to get me to switch my credit card processing. Then in walks Kraig from The Payment Exchange, right as we were having troubles with our payment terminal.

I couldn't get any help from my big mega-bank who always assured me I was getting the best deal. Kraig quickly helped me with my terminal and offered to do a review of my processing account.

Holy Cow! Was I ever over-paying for my credit card processing. (For 25+ years!)

I switched to The Payment Exchange and in addition to the savings, I’m receiving great service. An example of this addresses my original issue when my equipment wasn't working and my business came to a screeching halt. My bank told me to order a new terminal and I would get it in a couple of weeks. The Payment Exchange keeps working terminals on-hand ready to take care of their merchants in a timely manner.

I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.
