Was in Friday a little before closing. Ordered 2 French dip no onions one try-tip sandwich and 2 fries. $60
I received 2 pastrami with onions yuck. Instead of the two French dip No onions. The rest of Order was correct.
Now normally workers had been attentive and friendly. Not that day. Young girl in red shirt could of been more attentive to my order and my needs. I feel she was distracted. My husband tried to eat sandwich still but that onion killed it in addition to not the sandwich we was looking forward too. I called place but no answer. I left a message. No return call. Sandwich

15$ hot pastrami
10$ grilled cheese
80$ later (Disney price's) food for 4 people and I still had to make dinner
This was honestly average quality I could have bought anywhere.

I drove 12 Miles out of my way to get the ruebin according to their flyer and Facebook. They didn't know about it and said try again next week. They did comp me a fry. This is why it's a 2 Star and not 1.

The staff was friendly and apologized, service was fine. I don't blame them. Just the product and management. I won't be back. I'm surprised by the hype of this place honestly.

I was going to get meat but it was double what I normally pay for the same thing so I skipped it.

Amazing food! They offer a variety of sandwiches, meat, and bbq. If you order anything I highly recommend getting their fries as a side. They cook them in beef tallow and have the best seasoning. Their menu is slightly different on the weekends. Make sure to come in early to get meats before they sell out. There are tables inside and they have a small variety of drinks to order! Highly recommend eating here!!!

First off when a customer walks through the door all shop talk needs to stop and the customer needs to be acknowledged. Took a bit for someone to say hello. After the lady with the black hair stopped talking, she treated me as if I was inconveniencing her. Her personality was very abrupt and rude! I asked her if cheese comes on the sandwich and she flat said NO (end of sentence). She didn’t follow up with that they offer it but charge extra. I had to ask if I could get cheese? Her demeanor this whole time was very off putting and I really should have just walked out. She rang up the order and didn’t ask if I wanted anything to drink. I had to ask her. Everyone else I had interacted with treated me professionally. What’s disappointing is that I really enjoyed the food. Even though they charged me 1.50 for cheese and didn’t put it on. I will likely never go back for the way I was treated.

Aged beef burger was good but, the highlight was the beef tallow fries!!!! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside 👌 Lady in the counter was also friendly 🙂

There is something about...meat. Of the hunter/gatherer in us Homosapiens...I am all hunter. If I only had the time. Absolutely carnivorous.

The Village Butcher does not disappoint those still having naledi tendencies.

They no longer serve sandwiches, burgers or fresh made food. They only sell raw meat like a regular butcher.
