Poorly satisfied. Placed an order 2-3 weeks. I was told it will take 2 days to be ready I called atleast 7x to see if it was ready, they responded with we will get back to you, they never did. I show up, turns out the lady never sent the order.

Stay away! Worst service ever! Old and lousy customer service they are always late on orders not giving you any real timeframe. I made the mistake of reaching them again for buying metal tools and and I get ZERO ASSISTANCE. They told me three times in two hours that they will send me a simple picture of what I need and they leave you blank. Absolutely ridiculous disrespecting people’s time. I believe the name of the representative was Louise, she should wake up before she goes to work or she better don’t answer the phone.

They have a very good prices, they take long to get your arder ready, mine took 8 days, but I give them 3 stars because their attitude is realy bad when you go to pick up the material, the office lady is not realy friendly and the guys in the back are the worst
