Impressive customer service. Calls were returned timely. The guy who answered the call and Mrs. Gina were willing to hep and anwered my questions.
Also, Impecable packaking. The box had a label "Handle with caution /Fragile"; wich is a touch of extra care by the Toque Blanch. My Le creuset traveled from California to Atlanta, and it arrived in perfect condition. I am already looking for another smaller pot to buy.

I loved seeing that the packaging for delivery was ultra eco friendly. I normally hate packing peanuts because of the plastic waste. But their packaging peanuts are biodegradable! Super happy about that & love my Arrke tea kettle.

Manager Stuart is so helpful! He helped me surprise my husband with a new Espresso maker. It was the last one in stock and he held it for me for two days, then distracted my husband in the store while I paid for it. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they have wonderful products (and sale items).

I have nothing but love for this company! Truly a great experience. I live very far from their store, so I only learned about them online, after looking for non toxic cookware, and I stumbled upon their line of Chamba clay pots and utensils. The customer service that I recieved from Mr. Charles Nelson, the store owner (a fact that he never personally even mentioned to me), after inquiry after inquiry from me about this line, from tips, to putting a set together, to working together through distressing issues not caused by the company itself, to information on how to use and care for my order, was phenomenal and is unfortunately rare these days and must be shared. And because of Mr. Nelsons patience and amazing service, I was able fo find the best prices on these pots, and now have the confidence to use them. I cannot express my gratitude enough for such amazing service. I am all smiles with this company. Thank you Touque Blanche and Mr. Nelson. Not only do they offer amazing, hard to find products, but the service is 10 stars out of 5! I would not hesitate to reach out to them again, or purchase from their store.

Just bought three chamba pans. They arrived in perfect condition and are great pans. I needed to communicate with the company during the shipping process and did so by email. They were prompt and helpful in responding and kept me up to date. great company. great product.
