Emily King, my broker, diligently accompanied me through the very tough experience of waiting for a landlord who had agreed to rent his house to me for the 2021 season back in October but then, after over 3 months of promising and to send out the lease, got nervous about the eviction ban and ultimately decided not to rent. By then there were few homes available in my chosen area but Emily worked tirelessly to send me possibilities to find a good house.
