This winery gets 5 stars for being a unique, worth it experience.
Might cater more to people who know wine well.
Had very interesting, non-normal conversations.
An unforgettable experience, that's what these rating are for no?
Wine was a good price point. Good/great wine with a lower price.

Very interesting wine testing room. The owner is pretty old and kind of cold (or was it just slow?) at first but once he warmed up we had a good time tasting his family owned wine. We ended up with a case. The wine was surprisingly good!! A bit expensive.

As if there was a negative review, this one would have it.

My husband and I were driving over to walk around to mavericks and saw this winery (many signs). We decided to try it and parked. As we walked up, a beautiful German shepherd greets us and puts her ball at my feet. I gently toss it down and the owner yells at me and says, "don't do that! Her claws will go raw from the pavement!" It was odd because that's not true. Especially since I threw it three feet. After that we stood there as the six people at the table just stared at us. There were two empty seats and we were just waiting for the guy to ask us to have a seat. It was very very odd and he was exptremely rude. I could not wait to write a review because I am scared for people to actually stop here. It's eerie and unsettling. I feel even worse for the dog. He told her to go lay on her "bed" which was a rubber rug on the asphalt and told her to stay there for 30 seconds. Again, very weird. Read the yelp reviews as many had the same experience.

The wine is delicious. Very small batch with lots of care as to the sourcing of grapes. Prices should be higher so get 'em while they're hot. Great conversation and we ended up grabbing the pinot and the sangiovese. Small family wineries tend to have wines that are fairly green and all of the six we tried were full bodied and mature without any being too ripe. Dont pass hlthis one up even if its just for a tasting.

We had a great time learning their stories on wine. The owner/wine maker was very knowledgeable in the wines they produced. Great wines, great experience to add to our story!

The wine was ok, nothing too memorable.
The owner is the reason for subtracting stars. We spent two hours and tasted maybe 5 wines. Our glasses sat empty for 10-15 minutes at a time as he rambled on about aliens drinking chardonnay (no joke). We take our time when tasting but this was beyond excessive.
