Products are decent, but there is a complete lack of customer communication. It took 6 months of me emailing and calling with little to no reply (leave a voice message, and they fix the problem but never contact you). They got my order wrong twice and can't pick up the phone or answer emails to make it right. Decided to cut my losses and order from a different company.

I made an order in early August for a maintenance kit and all three of the shirts they were selling at the time. Two of the three shirts were discontinued after I bought them and weren't delivered. I tried calling them, but no one picked up.

Brand new turbo tolerances are garbage, weeps oil out from turbo hotside into down pipe and weeps oil out from turbo cold side. Turbonetics never answers the phone or responds to emails. Turbonetics I think you should stop hiring all these illegal border jumpers to put your turbos together!

These people do not answer thier phones return calls or return emails. They don’t care about business or customer service. I was going to drop my turbos and buy precision but they got bought buy turbonetics a couple years ago. Guess it’s time for everyone to go to Garrett. They have had my turbos for over a month on a repair. Last trip of the year is this week. They keep forgetting to ship because they don’t care about anyone other than themselves. They are already the big guys so customer service is out the door. Unbelievable. No one should treat customers or clients like this.

It's been a month since I bought my turbo from them and I have yet to receive any sort of tracking information for it and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or to email me back.

Gonna be a 1 star from me boss. You guys can't do something as simple as ship out a product or at least give me an update on it lol.

I had great customer service. Picked up the phone and even though they were busy Nestor went through all my options with me. I received a email response back with all the information needed to send in my turbo.
