No good never had problems renting trailers from uhaul. Except this time no trailer wanted me to drive 18 miles out to pickup one. Waste of time. Called uhaul for the 50.00 guarantee also waste of time. Was told was not a guarantee reservation. Just got the runaround I will be purchasing my own trailer now.

Awesome Customer Service! Made the reservation online the night before and they had the trailer ready for us when we got there. Helped us hitch it and fixed a signal. It was quick and easy. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Thanks U-Haul Hemet!

Needs a zero. Made an appointment last month for a hitch install and even received an email confirmation and I get there and they say they don’t install on the weekends. Offered me a weekday appointment. If I wanted that I would have scheduled a weekday appt. Guy even showed me my appointment on his schedule. Why couldn’t you call and confirm and give me a heads up?

Big 0 don’t even think to book a truck or give them your business, the manager and employees are so rude and disrespectful to you, when you speak to one of them and complain about his service everyone of them get into the conversations with bad behavior and try to back each other’s up . after 3 time trip to the store and made a reservation a week In advance for two days,
still they messed up and cancelled my reservation because none of them listened and understand what customer needs or wants .the customer service is very bad even a Big zero is too much.
The management or the owners should put some of their advertising money to train these guys well maner and good customer service.
Sadly these guys don’t realize that the customers are the ones who are paying their Salaries. And without the customers there will be no company nor jobs for them.
