There are hundreds of people waiting outside the USCIS building. During the hours of driving because of the traffic, I finally arrived at the Uscis Los Angeles. Two officers by the entrance told me I could use the restroom when I got into the building. Or go to another building near by USCIS. WHAT! Hundreds of people are waiting! Please put some portable restrooms outside if USCIS can't let us use the restroom inside the building when we wait. Because we the people, please respect everyone's rights. Thank you!

I'm rating based on over the phone help that I've received today. I was help by a gentleman name Edward, he was extremely professional and polite all the way through the phone call. Although my rating is based on over the phone help, I will say that a lot of times, the people that goes out their way to give low ratings are usually already having a bad day and want someone to do something that can't be done at that moment. it's. (I am speaking based on experience.) I've been on both ends, being a customer as well as a customer service agent. People are there to work not to please everyone. Let them do their jobs. Some of these employees need a raise because of the sometimes rude customers they have to deal with. Just my opinion.

I too want to praise the people who work at this place...The officer who helped me near the door was a total gentleman and the young lady who took my fingerprints and photo was so kind and caring.
The place is spacious, very clean and has a good atmosphere. I too did not have to wait to have the photo and fingerprints taken...there were only about 8 people there and i arrived early for my appointment.

Wow! I’m here with my husband today to get his naturalization. How is it possible for the person that works at a United States naturalization interviewer don’t know how to speak English himself!! Never heard such broken English in my life! Had to ask him to repeat whatever he had to say about 3x each with every question. Horrible horrible! Worst experience ever!!

Absolutely terrible! Workers are rude and condescending. Came twice in 2 days and was given contradictory statements by two employees. This place is worse than DMV. Both my wife and I were very polite and the workers were rude, short and had an IDGAF attitude. Very unprofessional. Two complete days gone to waste, thank God we didn't bring our attorney, it would have cost a fortune just to get the run around.

Security was seem to be retarded. Can't even handle a simple question from the people. All he says is get in the line. No help to people. I had to call supervisor and little after I figired out that they were not any different than the security guy

I cant even give one star but google needs atleast one star to publish,...!!!

The worst service/negligence staff, They just lost my DS document with in a span of 10 min

We visited this office last month for my wife's I-94 correction. During that time i have given DS-2019 form (original they need) and passport, After 10 min they came out and returned passport with corrected copy of I-94. To my surprise they did not return DS-2019 original and said they misplaced it.
When i asked them to look again and they try to grab my passport, rude behavior,
after 5 min officer said he lost it or given it to some one else in the crowd. I dont know how to handle that situation and insisted for my document. The officer called me inside as many people are in the hall he wanted to talk to me personally. He said he did misplaced the document and he will mail me when he found it ( WHICH CANN'T HAPPEN UNTILL SOME ONE RETURNS IT...!!)

I sat there only for my document and then he called my school international office and requested for replacement document. Next day i got replacement document from school

Over all these people are not polite and they don't care importance of the work they do, i am surprised to see such kind of negligence.

My advice is dont take original documents to this place, if they insist to show original then only present your document...!!
