Because of the heavy winds and rains we've had recently, part of my fence became detached; I haven't had an issue with my vinyl fence since it was installed back in 2003. I had to jog my memory on who did the installation; I remembered the man's name was Eddie - through the Internet I found the company, and it was still Eddie who was taking care of business! Amazingly, he came out the very next day and fixed my fence, and on top of this, he said "no charge" - this is unbelievable service in today's age - Eddie is personable, honest and reliable and offers a solid product with solid installation.
