Had ablow out on a trailer tire. Needed tire and rim. Also broke a slipper spring bolt. They got there quickly and had a tire and rim, and were able to fix it all. Everyone that I dealt with from the lady on the phone to the technician was friendly and professional! This is how roadside service should be done. A+++

These folks are miracle workers!! I was stuck with a flat outside Hamilton AL - it was dark, I had my two children and I was traveling to Memphis from Raleigh by way of Atlanta. I was NOT in the position to be hanging out on the side of the highway. Wathas got me on the road quickly, with kindness and for a VERY reasonable price. They’re angels on earth ? I only wish they were closer to where I live!

I would give it a zero but I can not. Worse experience very rudest people I have ever met in my life. Got cussed at and everything. Costed me $300 for an oil change and could not get a refund for the thing they did not do. I was told to take $40 and leave even though all they did was oil change.

Fantastic experience. We're on a cross country road trip in a winnebago RV and started hearing the brakes grind. I called around to numerous places and they were able to get us in right away and within 2 hours we were on our way. My husband works on cars and watched the whole time and he was impressed! The charge was VERY reasonable. Super nice guys. I would not hesitate to come here again or refer a friend. Thank you so much!

We're traveling from Tennessee to Alabama and blew a tire on I22 (yikes). Luckily we had a donut to put on to make it into Hamilton to Walmart but they had a 2-3 hour wait and we need to get back home to Tennessee once we're done in Tuscaloosa. So we found Wathas on Google and they hooked us up quickly and for a good price too! I'm not from around Hamilton but these guys are life savers! Check them out!

Car broke down on side of highway and I needed it towed all the way back to the dealership in birmingham. Shannon was great, he loaded up my car fast and was very professional. I was worried that since my ride still hadn’t gotten to me yet that i would have to wait on the side of the road with my belongings and dog. However, he drove me and my dog to a nearby gas station to wait in the truck for my ride to arrive and when they did he even helped me unload my car. Great people, Great experience. Highly recommend.

We were stranded on the side of the highway with a blown out tire and two kids states away from home. Johnny didn’t take long to come pick us up and took us to the shop where he and the other associate put on two new tires for me. Johnny even took the time to show me what happened, explain why, and point out everything I will need to get checked out it when I get home. They were all so kind and courteous and made a bad situation better.
