I was really impressed with my vehicle service experience, especially considering it was a last-minute appointment. The staff were not only accommodating but also professional and efficient. Despite the short notice, the service was fast, and they even went above and beyond by washing my car before returning it. It was a pleasant surprise and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of, and I truly appreciated their prompt and thorough service.

I had an appointment today (12/4/24) for an oil change and a tire rotation with Michael the service advisor (225417).

When I got to the shop a few minutes early, Michael was too busy to look up from his desk or even acknowledge me. The young gentleman sitting next to him, another service advisor, took over and was very polite and efficient. He asked if I wanted the truck washed. I told him, "sure, you can wash it if you want ". I left the truck at 9am and told them I didn't need it until after lunch which would allow plenty of time for the services.

When I went to pick up my truck later that day (I was never notified it was ready) once again Michael was nowhere to be found. The staff tried looking for him but couldn't find him. After a few minutes of waiting I asked if they needed Michael to close out the simple work order. Once again, the same young gentleman that helped me in the morning took over and finished my paperwork.

I noticed on the work order there was a large stamp that said "WASH". They did not wash the truck. I believe it was Michael's responsibility to make sure it was washed. I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes so I paid my bill and left.

I have been coming to Watsonville CJDR for several years and this the first time I've experienced this level of poor service.

The young gentlemen service advisor should be commended for stepping up. Michael needs some more customer service training,

I traveled from San Jose to Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because they had a used vehicle I was interested in. I had an incredible experience with Jeff and the sales manager, Reggie. My wife and I went in to test drive a Ram 1500. We actually got there right when they were closing and didn't think we would get to drive at this time. We got Jeff as our salesperson and he was great with his knowlegde on the Truck. My wife actually made the joke that he must build these Trucks he knew that much. He was very welcoming to us at this time of night and we ended up going for a test drive. We are looking to buy after Christmas and Jeff will be the first person we will be calling.

Gaspar and GIO really went the extra mile on my sale of a '23 Ram Laramie. Super Professional, no hard sales pitch, very understanding of my specific needs.

Very knowledgeable, quite impressive this operation. Very smooth and fairly quick transaction with everything I asked explained in clarity.

Usually going to a dealer sucks, we all know this. Watsonville is a hidden gem for any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram's you are looking for.

Great pricing, clean facility, felt safe, felt respected, would definitely send anyone I know here.

Make sure to ask for Gaspar and Gio. They are very professional, like people you will respect during and definitely after the sale.

I had questions after the sale and every single one was followed up and followed through without fail.

I totally recommend this dealership 110% and I'm a total car and truck guy, had 50+ in my time on earth.

Give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed! Their buyer buys cars and trucks with the right packages that are nice and make sense. Some dealers don't buy right and that's why features can be missing which you figure out later. Their buyer is "Johnny on the spot!"

Excellent customer service everytime I go. They offer a shuttle if I am unable to wait. The lobby has a coffee machine with lotts of options to choose from. There is a Tv available to use while waiting. They also have an awesome massage chair that works wonders. If available I suggest buying the 2-3 prepaid oil changes. You save in the long run. It includes tire rotation. The oil changes are usually comoleted under 2hours. I scheduled the oil change online, but you can also call if needed.

This dealership is absolutely terrible and corrupt. Their salesperson Ray made false statements to us stating we would get rebates and discounts if we leased and we could buy out the contract in 6 months for a certain price. When we went back in 6 months to buy it out, their Sales Manager Reggie had every excuse as to why they wouldn’t honor that price. He said that the salesperson was ill informed, improperly trained etc. Then, they also would not honor a minor repair they had promised to do from the original date received. Again, excuses that Reggie made that he couldn’t find the notes, etc. Worst experience of purchasing a car ever! Do not buy from them! They are a crooked dealership with zero integrity.
