I called to make an appointment for same day was able to get one at 3pm. The wait in lobby though after my arrival was one hour, before I was let to the back for the X-rays. And then sat for an extra 30 minutes until we were called into a seat with the dentist. Was out 2 hours after my appointment and it was a lovely experience besides the wait time. My daughter’s dental assistant and dentist was super nice ! I wish I can remember her name because she made me feel like she knew my daughter and treated her with compassion . I def made sure to make my appointment with her being there specifically next time for my daughters cleaning😍

I absolutely love this dentist. Dr. Shaw is so sweet and explains anything you want and need to understand what is needed for you treatment. I never felt like they were trying to rush me out of there like many other places have. I was in a ton of pain and they got me in the same day. If you need a reliable and trust worthy dentist. I absolutely recommend coming here.

Best experience I ever had at a Dentist office. First of all, being a new patient I was expecting a long wait. However, before I even got comfortable I was called back.
Every single person that attended me from, front office, x-rays, billing, the Doctor and the assistants were all amazing. And the cost, wow! I was quoted 4x more out of pocket than what I payed @ West Coast Dental.

As someone who is not the biggest fan of the dentist, I can definitely say that coming to West Coast Dental has changed my perspective. They are very welcoming here and when it comes to taking care of your teeth, they are very gentle and they will adhere to your specific needs and requests (within reason). I definitely recommend them if you are like me and struggle with going to the dentist!

I love coming here everyone is so sweet and take you seriously. Fr Gonzales is awesome he made everything really easy for me. I got my tooth pulled and I didn’t even feel a single thing. I went numb then as soon and I went numb he was down in 1 minute. Only complaint I have right now is the other doctor to is here I can’t remember his name hit he wanted to pull a tooth out when I didn’t need it to be pulled out. But other then that I would highly recommend coming here

Carol was very welcoming, friendly and helpful the whole time I was there, everyone there has high spirits and good energy, making it a good & comfortable place to be. Dr. T was my dentist and he was very gentle and got the job done fast, overall this was a good experience.

I have waited to review this office. Unfortunately I have at least one other visit to complete here and I'll explain.
My biggest complaint is the waste of my time and they do not seem to care.
This being my 3rd visit to the Hemet office, I am in the lobby waiting to be seen it is 12:47pm, my appointment was scheduled for 11am.
Every single visit I've had, including my first visit, were appointments and I've had to wait over an hour each time to be seen.
Dr Shah, and most of the staff has been good, they do their work.
But I do have a complaint on the hygienist that helped me last time. First she did not warn me about giving me anesthesia under my tongue, an incredibly painful shot that she held for near a minute, yes I counted. I complained to her that she hurt me, and told her I've had a lot of dental work done and never have I been given anesthesia under my tongue, the slap on the face were 2 fold. 1 the anesthesia did not numb me enough, and the second slap was the hygienist smiling and seeming to love the fact that she hurt me. It was very weird. After she cleaned my teeth I had cavities that Dr Shah took care of, and she had to give me more anesthesia, and when she did it, I went numb vs what happened previously with the hygienist. After I complete this round of treatment I can't say I would come back.
The reason I have to come back is, Today I was supposed to finish with the hygienist, and turns out she did not come in today, so i have to take another day out of my very busy life to have them waste a few hours of my time before seeing me.
It is truly frustrating to be made to wait hours after your scheduled appointment.

Switched over from Western Dental to this office a few months ago. The staff is all very kind and do the their jobs well. They’re great at processing insurance requests quickly and will have you sitting in a chair/getting your work done asap! Would also like to single out Dr. Shah, she has great bedside manner and has always made feel comfortable during the ins and outs of my procedures.
