Where do I begin... This company is the worse. No communication from Mazen or Toha. You constantly have to ask questions since they send you paper work to sign but do not explaination. Mazen apparently went behind our back to with the other party involved and made decisions with our money without telling us. I am not sure if he expected the second party to tell us, but I assume since he is professional he would had a conversation with us as well. Once we realized that Mazen and Toha did that, no one would give me an exact answer on what happened. I made multiple calls even text, see attached picture, but got no answer. When I did talk to Toha said he would have Mazen call me then follow by a text that said that; that was not his department and that his manager Jose would contact us, I am still waiting for both Mazen or Jose to call me.

If you can take your business else where please do so. Try a company that actually communicates and makes you feel important. Toha up to the last conversation we had, always had a condescending tone. He made you feel as if you were bothering him by calling and asking questions.
