Don't be expecting a massive museum, and center your experience into looking into the past but seeing actual bones from dinosaurs that roamed where you are standing.
That's the magic of this museum.

Apart from that, it's a spotless very modern museum with great staff.
I cant emphasize enough how friendly the staff were at this museum.

I hope people realize eye they have here and support it anyway they can.

We returned for more and not even a year later. Interactive kid-friendly fun that changes frequently enough. We spent at least 4 hours here exploring and had lots of fun. Entry fees are nominal.

Pretty basic center. It's a kid-friendly science museum with dinosaurs, fossils etc., plus hands-on activities for kids, but not much for adults. You can walk through it in about 20 minutes. The price is low enough ($7.50 Seniors) so I couldn't complain. They probably need to have food and benches to sit. Not really a place I would revisit.

Small little place that might Interest people who like Mastodons. We used our reciprocal membership so it was free but my Bil paid $14 for him and his son. I don't think it is worth that. We made it about an hour but that was with me forcing them to sit through the movies. The dig site was closed and it is a long with a school. Plus a few things were broken that were hands on. My boys wanted to play with the brushes and practice digging but we're not able to. It could use a nice sand pit with kinetic sand or something similar for kids to practice paleontology. If it is free, then a nice place to kill a hot afternoon around 100. The bathrooms inside were really nice and spacious.

Great place to take the kids/grandkids.It is showing it's age a little but that is another reason to go! Support places like this so they get more funding.
All the little ones I saw were in love.
They offer a fun and free souvenir that anyone can make.
Hopefully with more support and even more funding this place with become an even cooler place.

Finding it was easy until you get to the parking lot. It's a little confusing because of the private school on the premises. There are little projects for the older kids to do. Actually archeological digs and people to explain what you see. Small museum, but just enough to want more or peak the interest of a child 6 and older. My 4 year old liked the bones just for a second.

The museum itself is beautifully designed and modern, with spacious galleries that showcase a remarkable collection of fossils, artifacts, and exhibits. The layout is well thought out, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace and delve into the rich history of the region. One of the highlights of my visit was the massive "Max", a perfectly preserved mastodon skeleton that dominates the main hall. It's truly awe-inspiring to stand next to such a majestic creature from the past. The level of detail and care put into the display is commendable, providing a fascinating glimpse into the world of paleontology.
