Westgate lighting is my go to anytime I need any sort of lighting. Whether it is outdoor, indoor or landscape lighting they have always had the most sleek and stylish new designs. I initially had an issue with a warranty. While this led to some delay in replacing the unit, it appeared this was a communication problem through the reseller, and once in contact with Westgate, they covered the warranty. I have installed High Bay lights and emergency exit signs from them in the past and this was the first time I had any issue. I am more than pleased they are standing by their warranty and will be buying from them again

I am a licensed electrical contractor and I’ve been buying Westgate for about three years when I called them to tell them about the problem I’m having where the lights do not go out of the way and the date go a little bit when the dimmer switch is completely off I asked for a technician and they give me a sales person when I explain to him the problem I was having he tells me that it happens once in a while right there he lied to me because I’ve been buying them for three years and had this problem for three years that they glow when the switch is completely off. And I didn’t appreciate him lying to me and giving me a song and dance I do not recommend this product I will never buy this product again he where I guarantee when you shut your dimmer switch off the lights will still glow
