If your shopping for equipment this is the place. Buying my second setup and it has improved since my last purchase. I was 100% satisfied before. They take the time to build a system for your needs. By far they have the best recovery tank in the market. Large inventory for parts and supplies.

I just visited this establishment because I won an auction and got quite a deal on my equipment but needed some odds and ends to bring it together. Allen, in Commerce, was fantastic he knew I only needed a few things and yet he still took a considerable amount of time bringing me up to speed with some of the equipment. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Oh and by the way their warehouse is just FN awesome, if your into this sort of stuff.

The best part is that he's not going to sell you something you don't need and and will help you only purchase what you need to get the job done. I went in and its got to be the best shop for how luxurious it is in there. Great size. The terps are good too.. will be back for more terpene profiles forsure they have a great selection . Johnny was kind enough to chill and allow me to sniff test any profile i liked.

This place is awful. They know glassware for distallation is hard to come by in southern california and they totally take advantage of it. There prices are almost triple compared to other alternatives. The glassware is super fragile compared to other alternatives.

They do not answer there phone. I've had to drive to there san bernadino store (which is 2 hours away) for them to tell me they dont have a part. They told me there LA store has it which is another hour away. Then I get there and they are out.

Honestly if they would at least answer the phone I would of kept buying from them. The guy told me they rather have people come in to ask questions, so the can upsell you on other stuff (those were his exact words).

I've also have ordered stuff online and have received it broken.

I am no switch back to ordering all glassware from china. I can say its stronger and better quality, and actually ships faster then xtractor depot.

They have everything we need at great prices. The delivery time is excellent. We spent well over an hour on the phone with them. Ending up with a better product and machine. If they don't have what you need they will find it...

I bought a 10lb extractor and a 12L spd from Xtractor Depot. Any time I needed a part replaced I was told they didn't carry it anymore and needed to upgrade. I needed one quick connect for a water hose and ended up having to buy 8 new quick connects because they didn't sell my part anymore. Their business model is based on you buying their equipment and them using your money to fund "upgrades" and them being out of whatever you need. They sell equipment to customers they have never tested saying it works (5gal stainless buchner funnel for example) and end up costing you way more money in the end. Not to mention none of their equipment is certified so its basically illegal to use. Save your money and buy from someone more reputable with good ethics.
