I sell custom beef and have driven 2 1/2 hours to other processors in past trying to find a family-owned business that is clean, takes pride in their work and appreciates your business. It is important to me that when my customers pick up their beef they are treated with respect and have a good experience with the processor. My search is over! I had never met Brian and his family until I started doing business with them, but they have earned my respect and business.

I sent in a perfect 4 legged lamb, and did not receive a processed leg, absolutely got 20lbs less meat, joke of a place
