My family came in from overseas and wanted to have a goat processed in a halal way. Brian was great to work with, made my family feel welcome, and accommodated all of their needs and traditions. It’s always exciting to find great and local people that run great and local businesses. Highly recommend, even worth a drive ?

I sell custom beef and have driven 2 1/2 hours to other processors in past trying to find a family-owned business that is clean, takes pride in their work and appreciates your business. It is important to me that when my customers pick up their beef they are treated with respect and have a good experience with the processor. My search is over! I had never met Brian and his family until I started doing business with them, but they have earned my respect and business.

What a great place for processing. Staff is very professional and their work is outstanding. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the part of the work area I could see.
