If I could give a 0 rating, I would. They sold me a refurbished robot vacuum cleaner then said the box and included paperwork were incorrect… it’s actually a new product & the box “just says that it’s refurbished.” REALLY?! No… I wasn’t going to pay a “refurbished “ price- I was expected to pay for a new product. That’s just plain BAD BUSINESS.

Purchased a Washer/Dryer horrible customer service! Items were not issued on promise date. No manager available to discuss my issues with! Do not recommend anyone to do business with this store!

We had our furniture delivered on Thursday and the Gentleman were very courteous,swift and professional.Also We can’t say enough about our sweet smiling friendly sales representative. They made the whole process a breeze. Happy Easter! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Getting approved for the zero no interests was my worst experience. The Manager claimed I didn't qualify for it. I stated, this my first time coming to this location. I have always gotten approved for that zero interest fee, I stated I'll just go to another store. She kept at it, saying all the stores have the same policy, I'm not qualified. After I asked what's the requirements to be approved, than she decided to fake look at my paper work, claimed she over looked something on the 1st page but on the 2nd page she saw my credit score. She said the requirements is a 640 credit score and an above. She said I do meet the requirements. I'm not sure if that's a common pattern at that location to deny African American the zero no interests fee.
I was only compensated with a 10% off my purchases after speaking with the district manager. I don't think that was good enough but I agreed with.
Besides that issue, my shopping experience at location was nice there ..
